Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) on Saturday urged the Nigerian Police to move into action, and arrest the killer of Mr. Sowore’s brother,
Olajide, a phamarcy student at Igbinedion University was killed by unknown Gunmen
Following the gruesome murder, an Islamic Human Rights(MURIC) in a statement by it’s Director, Professor Ishaq Akintola
on Saturday pleaded with the police to unravel the circumstances leading to hi death, and bring the perpetrators to book.
MURIC condemned the killings, and wondered why young talented brain, like Olajide be wasted by unknown assailants.
The statement said,
“This It is a heinous crime. It is wicked, heartless and inexplicable. The killers can run but they cannot hide. The long arms of the law must catch them.
“Our hearts bleed for the Sowore family at this time. We pray that Almighty God will give them the fortitude to bear the loss. We console the indefatigable activist, Omoyele Sowore.
