Distinguished Sen Isah Jibrin (Echocho), on Tuesday congratulated the Muslim community on the auspicious occasion of Eid-el-kabir celebration.
He tasked his Constituents to be resilient in prayers and be steadfast in their support for the government.
In a statement on Tuesday by Mr. Prosper Elijah Salifu, his Media and Publicity said,
“Senator Isah Jibrin, in his goodwill message to Nigerians and his people of Kogi East, during the Eid prayers in Abuja, emphasis the significance of prayers to all human challenges, urged patriotic Nigerians to always beseech Allah for his favour, grace, love and mercy, as his grace is sufficient enough to resolve our tribulations.”
“Echocho stated that the feast of the season (Eid-el-kabir), is a sublime test of faith exemplifying submission by Prophet Ibrahim for sacrifice, which is worthy of emulation by all Muslims to live a life of brotherhood, sacrifice, selflessness and adherence to Allah’s wishes and commands, he said.
“The Lawmaker, While thanking his Constituents for their unalloyed support and I prayers, implore them to always give room for dialogue in all situation for peaceful coexistence in our society.” The statement said
