Tragedy struck on the Dugbe-Alesinloye road in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital on Wednesday morning when an articulated lorry crushed four people said to be three females and one male to death during an auto crash.
It was learnt that trouble started when the articulated lorry reportedly lost control and rammed into a Micra can and three commercial motorcycles.
The articulated lorry was said to have crushed the Micra taxi and three commercial motorcycles heading towards Dugbe area of Ibadan killing the four
According to the eye witness, during the accident, three of the passengers in the Micra cab were crushed to death immediately together with one of the commercial motorcyclists
The driver of the articulated lorry was said to be shouting for help on discovering that the lorry had developed brake failure to alert other road users of his predicaments
