Prof Muhammad Sani Yahaya extends heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Kaduna State on the passing of Emir of Zazzau, Alhaji Shehu Idris

Prof. Muhammad Sani Yahaya, also commiserates with the royal family and the Zazzau Emirate Council on the death of His Royal Highness who for 45 years 8 months had the privilege of leading the people of Zazzau with diligence and dedication.
According to the statement, Muhammad Sani Yahaya affirms the Emir who was a strong advocate for peace and development in the Northern Region, demonstrated visionary leadership that was very evident to all, including his efforts to support the Government to modernise the city of Zaria by supporting the establishment of educational institutions in the community.
Prof. Muhammad Sani Yahaya notes that the Emir’s style of servant leadership for over four decades earned him the trust and respect of his community, contemporaries and Nigerians from diverse political, social and religious leanings.
The Prof. believes that the Emir’s good works will continue to be remembered and cherished in his community and the wider region of the Northern Region, praying almighty Allah to grant the soul of the departed eternal rest and comfort to the people of Zazzau during this time of mourning.
